What information should I provide?
It is helpful if you can let me know the following details when you first make contact (as well as anything else you feel it would be important for me to know):
- What are you hoping for? For instance, to arrange an initial consultation or to find out more information
- What are the areas of difficulty or struggle you are looking for help with?
- What days/ times could you attend counselling on?
- Full name
- Any questions you have for me
I will reply to you as soon as I am able to (unfortunately this will not always be on the same day that you contact me). If I am able to offer you an initial consultation I will suggest a date and time for us to meet.
