Polly Singer

I set up my private therapy practice in Sheffield in 2017. I previously worked within several charities (including eight years with a national bereavement charity) and I have a strong background in bereavement and loss work including sudden and traumatic death, suicide, pregnancy loss, infant loss and stillbirth. I have a lot of experiences working with relationship dynamics and helping people to improve their communication, manage conflict, rebuild trust and safety and repair ruptures. I am a diversity-inclusive therapist which means that I work in an accepting, affirming way with people of all genders and sexualities. I enjoy my therapy work immensely and find it a profound privilege to help people towards greater self acceptance, trust and wholeheartedness.
